Nurse Educator

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Educator to support our medical-surgical area at NWH. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive program for competency-based staff education.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, with a focus on medical-surgical specialty. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that focus on the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to deliver evidence-based nursing practice and quality patient care.
You will work closely with the Nurse Director to implement unit-based orientation, educational programming, and quality improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in determining educational and resource-related needs to advance nursing practice and support patient care and education.
The successful candidate will have a Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and Master's degree in Nursing. A minimum of 3-5 years of current clinical experience in medical-surgical specialty is required, with Cardiac/Telemetry experience and prior critical care experience being highly desirable.
