Job Summary:

The Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that promote the professional growth and development of nursing staff. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of nursing staff
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on various topics related to nursing practice
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to identify learning needs and develop targeted educational programs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • MSN or DNP degree preferred
  • Current nursing licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Minimum five years of clinical experience as a clinical nurse with demonstrated evidence of leadership progression
  • Competency in adult learning principles and a sound clinical nursing knowledge base
