**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Member Service Lead Specialist to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-end operations, and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Train and develop associates to ensure excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Assist management with supervising associates, maintaining store appearance, and achieving business objectives.
  • Participate in teams, sharing resources and information to achieve common goals.

**Requirements:**

  • 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
  • 6 months customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

**Salary Range:** $20.00 - $28.00 per hour (plus premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed).

**Additional Compensation:** Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
