Essential Skills:

  • Experience providing tier 3 support or equivalent to customers.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot virtual machines on Windows platforms.
  • Proficient in managing various Windows operating systems, including Windows 11, 10, 7, and XP.
  • Knowledge of virtual networking, particularly with VMware Player.
  • Experience with Microsoft management tools within Azure, such as Active Directory and Intune.
  • Understanding of IT security principles and a commitment to implementing security best practices.
  • Familiarity with operational technology (OT) environments is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in assisting customers facing challenges.
  • Possession of a valid US driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy OT Privileged Access Workstation (PAW) devices, including system configuration and user credential management.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on the effective use of their OT PAW devices.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing issues both in person and through virtual channels.
