In light of our ambitious growth objectives, we are seeking an outstanding Senior Analyst for Go-to-Market to become part of the Global GTM team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with refining and enhancing the processes that facilitate collaboration among sales, marketing, and product teams to effectively launch products or services. This analyst will ensure that all elements of the strategy are synchronized, clearly communicated, and executed to meet business goals.

Your Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative leader with experience in cross-functional team environments.

Main responsibilities include planning, execution, and analysis:
  • Content Development: Create training materials, playbooks, and sales enablement resources to ensure teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools for achieving commercial objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify obstacles and inefficiencies in workflows; devise strategies for streamlining; implement and document best practices, utilizing technology to boost productivity where feasible.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Examine customer data and sales metrics to inform and enhance GTM strategies; establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in creating reports and dashboards to monitor the success of campaigns and initiatives; leverage data to offer insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a bridge between various teams and departments to ensure cohesive execution of GTM strategies. Regularly engage with stakeholders to align on goals and address challenges.
  • Sales Assistance: Provide continuous support to sales teams by addressing inquiries and ensuring they have access to the latest information regarding product and solution deliveries, as well as initiatives aimed at improving processes and eliminating barriers.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as an analyst in Operations, Sales, Go-to-Market, or Product Management.
  • Ability to lead through influence by establishing strong relationships and personal credibility.
  • Creative problem-solving skills that identify new and innovative methods to drive business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the capacity to translate data and analysis into clear narratives.
  • Experience in the payments industry is advantageous.
