Cabot Corporation is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Supervisor to join our team at our Hopkinsville, KY manufacturing plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and efficient work environment, while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement administrative management guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage administrative materials, including office equipment, supplies, and gifts, and coordinate their usage and procurement.
  • Organize and coordinate business support services, including transportation, canteen management, and cleaning services.
  • Oversee contract staff and ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Coordinate internal management meetings and may coordinate meetings with external parties.
  • Oversee the reception area for external visitors and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Organize and manage company activities, including events and meetings.
  • Responsible for file management, timely handling of important correspondence, and monitoring management approval on files.
  • Develop and manage the administrative budget, monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
