About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Right at Home. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, transportation, feeding, dressing, and housekeeping.
  • Perform patient-specific activities, such as medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and special diets, as taught by a Right at Home nurse.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
  • Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check.
  • Home Care Aide (HCA) license preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities) preferred.
