Position: Home Care Assistant

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing essential support to individuals in their residences while actively participating in our care planning initiatives. Our focus is on delivering outstanding care while fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Home Care Supervisor, with the primary duty of ensuring the safe delivery of personal care services to our participants as per the established schedule and directives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on personal care and assist participants with daily living activities.
  • Support with essential daily tasks and instrumental activities.
  • Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
  • Assist in meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining proper hydration.
  • Facilitate safe transfers and accompany participants to medical appointments.
  • Collaborate with the Rehabilitation department on home exercise programs.
  • Provide translation services when necessary.

The salary range for this position is $22.05 per hour, plus bonuses and equity options. WelbeHealth provides a competitive total rewards package, including 401k matching, healthcare coverage, and a variety of other benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
