Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee the issuing, recording, and collection of customer invoices, ensuring accurate and prompt processing and payment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily workflow of the AR department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer invoices.
  • Conduct credit checks on new and potential customers, and serve as a liaison between clients and AR specialists to negotiate acceptable payment plans.
  • Refers overdue accounts to collections and provides or facilitates accurate reports and analysis on financial data and metrics.
  • Assists manager with analysis of data and reports, and organizes weekly meetings to communicate information and guidance from company leadership.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a thorough understanding of policies and procedures used in accounts receivable and billing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and experience with financial software and systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree in business or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • At least three years of related experience preferred, with experience in a supervisory role.

Salary Description:

$70,000 - $75,000
