  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and digital channels
  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; finance or related industry experience a plus
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products and services; basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
