Job Title: Senior Lead Product Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $60-78 an hour

Key Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in MS Azure Environment
  2. Experience in leading Product Owners and strategic roles
  3. Exceptional communication skills with high-level stakeholders

Essential Requirements:

  • MS Azure Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of MS Azure environments.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead a team of Product Owners and drive product development.
  • Collaborative Skills: Strong ability to work with business partners and a strategic approach to product management.
  • Certification: Valid Product Manager Certification is mandatory.
  • Technical Acumen: Knowledge of data flow in Azure, familiarity with Unity Catalogue in Databricks, and capability to interpret Python code.
  • Industry Background: Experience in grocery retail is advantageous; general retail experience is also beneficial.

Role Overview:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee multiple squads, each comprising 10-15 members, including Product Owners responsible for managing backlogs and developing long-term roadmaps.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with Scrum Masters to ensure seamless team collaboration and successful project execution.
  • This position is suited for individuals who are strategic thinkers, collaborative, and possess a robust technical foundation in Azure and Databricks.
