Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Quotation Specialist to join our team in the Lighting Manufacturing industry. As a key member of our CS team, you will be responsible for accurately processing new quote requests, providing quotations for custom or modified products, and working closely with sales, customer support, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Quote Processing: Accurately process new quote requests for customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotes.
- Quotation Development: Provide quotations for custom or modified products, taking into account customer requirements and product specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer support, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient quote processing.
- Experience Requirements: Over 3 years of quotation experience required, with a preference for experience in the Manufacturing industry, particularly in Lighting Manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
