About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an ABA Apprentice. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners, ensuring seamless support and coordination.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients under the guidance of our experienced BCBAs, promoting positive outcomes and growth.
  • Support BCBA staff and caregivers through training and education, enhancing their skills and confidence.
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to inform program development and improvement.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest literature and best practices in behavior analysis, driving innovation and excellence in our clinical programs.
