About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients on assigned caseloads.
  • Support Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBAs with parent communication and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
Requirements
  • Active RBT Certification.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Preferred: Master's Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Preferred: Active BCaBA Certification.
  • Preferred: Minimum of 75% of BACB Supervision requirements completed.
  • Completion of all education requirements to obtain BACB Certification.
