About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ABA Apprentice. As a key member of our clinical team, you will assist our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in providing high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Support BCBA staff and caregivers through training and guidance.
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to inform treatment plans.
  • Research literature related to client programs and implement evidence-based practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
