About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and their families by providing high-quality behavioral therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners, ensuring seamless support and guidance.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients on assigned BCBAs' respective caseloads, utilizing evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes.
  • Support BCBA colleagues by providing staff and caregiver training, promoting a culture of excellence and expertise.
  • Assist BCBA colleagues with parent communication and analyze client data, informing treatment decisions and driving continuous improvement.
  • Research literature related to client programs, staying up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in the field.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Active RBT Certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Preferred: Master's Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Preferred: Active BCaBA Certification
  • Preferred: Minimum of 75% of BACB Supervision requirements completed
  • Completion of all education requirements to obtain BACB Certification
