Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of innovative pastry creations, combining traditional techniques with modern flavors and designs.
- Manage production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality pastries while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with our procurement team to source premium ingredients and materials.
- Design and execute visually stunning cakes for special occasions, showcasing your artistic flair.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in management and production, preferably in a similar culinary setting.
- Expertise in cake design, fondant, buttercream, and multi-tiered cakes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
