Technical Account Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Development Manager to join our sales team at PubNub. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow our customer base. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in cloud-based feed and chat infrastructure to provide solutions that meet the needs of our clients. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue. If you have experience in selling technical SaaS solutions of APIs, SDKs, and similar technologies to Product and Engineering teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in cloud-based feed and chat infrastructure.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Provide expert-level support to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technical software industry.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
