Job Overview
As a Field Service Technician at AGS, you will be responsible for the installation, conversion, upgrade, and preventative maintenance of our gaming equipment. This is an entry-level position that requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will report directly to the Regional Service Manager or Field Service Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and general maintenance on gaming equipment
  • Complete all reports and paperwork in a timely manner
  • Perform technical procedures on slot machines and table games
  • Troubleshoot and repair service incidents in a timely manner
  • Keep parts inventory current
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation with other technicians
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Current driver's license and vehicle insurance mandatory
  • Entry-level gaming experience not necessary, but beneficial
  • 2 years of experience in electronics and/or computer networking
  • Requirement to obtain licensing approval by tribal and/or state gaming regulators
  • BASIC computer skills required; may need to use Microsoft Office suite (primarily Word, Excel, Outlook)

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
