Job Description

AGS, LLC is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a critical member of our technical support staff, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing gaming equipment at various casino locations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the efficient operation of gaming equipment. Responsibilities

  • Tech-Savvy Tasks: Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
  • Maintenance Master: Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
  • Report Wizard: Complete paperwork and reports in a timely, detailed, and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service Champion: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Troubleshooting Superstar: Quickly and efficiently resolve service incidents and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Inventory Hero: Manage inventory to ensure efficient parts ordering and reduce downtime.
  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in a weekly on-call rotation with fellow technicians to provide 24/7 support.
  • Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • License to Drive: Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
  • Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
  • Experience: Knowledge in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience a plus).
  • Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Compliance: Eligibility to obtain licenses through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions.
