Job Title: Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team at Epsilon. As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales compensation plan administration for one or more Lines of Business.

About the Role

The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will report to the Manager, Sales Compensation - Line of Business and work closely with the greater SC team, as well as various departments across Epsilon including functional HR/ Finance teams (Payroll, Financial Systems, Revenue, IT, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Compensation team in providing best-in-class sales compensation plan administration.
  • Work directly with individuals across the organization including Finance, Accounting, Internal IT, and Sales Operations, as well as, with Human Resources, Total Rewards, Legal, and Sales.
  • Implement sales compensation plans into Xactly, new hire plan onboarding, commission calculations, policy governance, escalation resolution, and sales leader and field support.
  • Own validation and submission of commissions consistently, accurately, and timely.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the sales compensation plans you manage, ensuring the resolution of inquiries and concerns related to sales compensation plans and payments is completed timely and thoughtfully.
  • Contribute to sales compensation plan performance analysis, including correlation between results and payments by plan and comparison to historical performance periods.
