Job Title: Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our Financial Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing new technology and supporting existing solutions and processes that drive our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure new financial systems and processes to support our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing financial systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of financial systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for financial systems and processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial system administration, configuration, or development.
  • Experience with Xactly Incent or similar commissions tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial and operational modeling.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
