Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide help desk support for both field and office personnel
  • Monitor, evaluate, and resolve issues with computer systems and peripherals
  • Manage user account details, including permissions, security, and system groups
  • Assist in documenting IT systems and operational procedures
  • Support regional office and company-wide projects and initiatives as required
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant IT experience
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
  • MSCE / MCITP certifications or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both in-person and remotely
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Microsoft Server 2016 to 2019 is advantageous
Additional Requirements:
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to create and modify Microsoft Word and Excel documents, send Outlook emails, and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for team communication
