System Administrator

doeLEGAL, Inc. is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team in the US site. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our Windows-based environments, managing client-server applications, and contributing to our DevOps initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Administration and support for Windows components: Active Directory, Exchange, IIS web server, SQL Server, FTP server.
- Collaborate with the infra and dev teams to plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Handle system tasks and projects on prod environment to maintain the platforms on operational state.
- Bring system knowledge and support to dev.
- Handle migration projects to the cloud.
- Complete and maintain the documentation.
- Local helpdesk contact: administration and support for user's workstations.
- Management of Atlassian tools.
- Proven expertise in Windows administration and patch management using WSUS and other engines.
- Proven expertise on Office 365 entra ID.
- Strong problem-solving skills in resolving issues.
- Experience on user workstation management is desirable.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira) is desirable.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
