Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee the purchasing and contracting activities of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key vendors and working cross-functionally with operational leaders to identify areas of opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract administration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors
  • Work closely with operations and other departments to understand procurement needs and priorities
  • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and suppliers through competitive bidding and negotiation processes
  • Manage and oversee all ZAS office equipment, including copiers, printers, and mail equipment inventory
  • Manage all outside vendor document management programs
  • Manage corporate relationships with office supply vendors and other national accounts
  • Manage contract lists and costing, including additions and subtractions of items to the contract and making volume commitments

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, office management, or logistics
  • Proven experience working effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and purchasing contracts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience managing a property portfolio

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
  • Management experience
  • Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems

Working Conditions/Physical Effort:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
