Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Procurement, Project Management Office at Bristol-Myers Squibb, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of procurement projects. This role involves managing project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple procurement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity.

Requirements

• Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years business experience, including three (3) to five (5) years of experience in project management.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• M.S./M.B.A.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

• One (1) to three (3) years of multi-disciplined procurement experience is highly desirable.
