Job Title: Customer Service Return Agent

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Return Agent to join our team at the Albuquerque Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless rental car return experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the rental car return process.
  • Accurately complete return transactions, ensuring 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify and address customer concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
