Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct oil changes and lubrication services for both member and non-member vehicles.
- Perform tire repairs and installations.
- Execute minor repairs as directed by the Lead Technician or Service Advisor, based on your skill level.
- Assist senior technicians for hands-on experience.
- Test drive vehicles to diagnose performance or drivability issues, ensuring safety during the process.

Safety and Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, promptly addressing spills and hazards.
- Ensure company equipment and machinery are well-maintained.
- Adhere to safety regulations and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.

Training and Development:
- Attend mandatory training sessions and pursue additional training to enhance your skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and repair procedures, completing at least 12 hours of continuing education annually.

Customer Service Commitment:
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and respect customer property.
- Verify accuracy of parts ordered for assigned vehicles.
- Follow industry standards for repairs and inspections, documenting all relevant information.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum six months of experience in general repair, lubrication services, or tire shop operations.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders as needed.
