Job Title: RMS Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled RMS Systems Analyst to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our Merchandising, Inventory & Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in streamlining our inventory process and identifying areas for improvement.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in RMS (Records Management System) and Oracle Retail applications will be essential in driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Inventory system and integrated applications to quickly identify system gaps and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with other integration and application teams to triage business-critical issues impacting perpetual and financial transactions of the RMS system.
  • Take ownership of resolving specific issues within a particular area, application, technology, or system.
  • Demonstrate productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
  • 2+ years of experience in extracting and manipulating large data sets from relational databases using Oracle DB and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey results to non-experts.
  • Self-directed ability to "hit-the-ground-running" and proactively identify issues and formulate solutions.
  • Quantitative degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a similar quantitative analytics discipline.
