Job Title: IT Systems/Tech Support Analyst

Job Summary:

Crisis Connections is seeking a skilled IT Systems/Tech Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to end-users in an office (contact center) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, professional end-user support for all IT & network concerns in alignment with IT department standards and best practices.
  • Manage through resolution level 2 and 3 incidents.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Serve as first point of contact during weekend shifts.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with onboarding & offboarding of new employees, volunteers, and contract personnel to demonstrate functionality of our systems.
  • Install, Configure, & Monitor Systems: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an onsite environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Windows and operating systems.
    • Strong knowledge of M365 and common business software.
    • Familiarity with mobile devices.
    • Understanding of network fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar certifications.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a corporate IT support environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including desks, server rooms, and wiring closets.
