Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Accounting Systems Senior Analyst to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our corporate functions, you'll provide centralized support across our business unit teams and locations, driving accounting systems processes and controls, and overall finance department process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Bridge accounting and enterprise technology, focusing on process improvements and driving solutions to inefficient processes.
- Analyze and test data to deliver business solutions, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimal direction.
- Develop and implement a robust finance and accounting ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
- Monitor completed projects for continued adherence to new processes and ensure results are having the desired effect.
- 8+ years of experience in accounting systems, analytics, and working with ERP systems such as Costpoint, Cognos, Workday, or Jules.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Proven strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse collaborator and partner teams.
- Strong math and digital tool skills, with the ability to effectively balance multiple decisions, large-scale projects, and priorities.
- A competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $126,289.50-$176,805.30.
