Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team. As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products. You'll work closely with our General Manager to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate our team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with our General Manager to achieve sales goals and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
