About the Role:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year. As a Pediatric Medical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our young patients and their families. You will function in a collaborative practice with physician(s) and/or advanced practice provider(s) in an ambulatory care setting. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and delivery of patient care as directed by provider(s) and other licensed clinical personnel. This may include tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and assisting with minor procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
  • Take vital signs and record patient information
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure necessary equipment is available
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
