We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead operations and drive growth in our New York office as a Vice President of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and support 2 to 4 Project Managers and their teams across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor job cost analysis, ensuring project profitability and addressing areas needing improvement.
- Provide support for East Coast bids, including estimating, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
- Facilitate clear communication with Project Managers, offering assistance with subcontractors, vendors, and joint venture partners when needed.
- Lead Project Managers in coordinating efforts among all project stakeholders, including owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Uphold and enforce strict quality and safety standards throughout project execution.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the civil construction industry.
- Extensive experience with large-scale drilled-shaft installation and construction.
- Strong understanding of the East Coast market and the local construction landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions that drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field.
