Job Summary

The Product Support Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the supportability, availability, and sustainment engineering of the PSS-T program are maintained at optimal levels. This position involves collaborating with various teams to analyze performance-based logistics metrics and develop reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sustainment engineering analysis and supportability assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze availability metrics and reliability metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Work with technical subject matter experts to update provisioning technical data and recommend updates to parts lists.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, quick reference cards, and program directives.
  • Lead monthly Product Support Management Integrated Product Team meetings and logistics sections for Program Sync calls and Program Management Reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in logistics or product support management, or Master's degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerLOG-J for provisioning technical data entry and reports development.
  • Experience with supportability analysis and use of COMPASS.
  • Knowledge of GEIA-0007 and DED requirements.
  • Strong understanding of performance-based logistics metrics and excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership skills to organize and lead teams in developing reports and addressing urgent mission requirements.
  • Active Secret Clearance and US Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Windchill Configuration Management database and RepairData module.
  • Experience developing Performance-Based Logistics Metrics reports.
  • Experience using technical manuals and maintenance instructions to respond to failure types.
