Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through proactive and personalized service. As a Client Services Representative II, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Record client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and bank procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in the banking/financial industry.
  • Experience working in a client service capacity.
