Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, room assignments, and other relevant information.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to front desk staff to ensure they are equipped to handle guest requests and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
