Route Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Route Sales Representative is responsible for meeting customer needs through up-selling/cross-selling and providing superior customer service by proactively managing all route responsibilities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell services to existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively managing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently, following all applicable laws and company policies
  • Manage route paperwork and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Perform other duties as required by supervision

Requirements:

  • High school graduation or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods
