**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Professional to join our team. As a Route Sales Professional, you will be responsible for servicing local stores within a designated territory, merchandising and selling our wide variety of products, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Service local stores within a designated territory, ensuring that products are properly merchandised and displayed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively merchandising and selling products to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Execute store resets, promotional materials, and fixture installations as required.
  • Conduct end-of-day reports, documenting business transactions and notifying management of any unresolved issues.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in smartphone apps, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom.
  • Flexibility to work 50 hours per week in all weather conditions and willingness to travel overnight on selected routes.
