Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Professional to join our team at SRP Companies. As a Route Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and selling our wide variety of products to local stores within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchandise and sell our products to customers, providing excellent customer service and support
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct end-of-day reports on business transactions
- Execute installations of fixtures, store resets, and promotional materials at customer locations
- Travel to customer locations, driving to deliver inventory and providing platinum-level service
- Conduct business transactions and notify management of any unresolved issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time
- Technical skills, including proficiency in smartphone apps, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom
Work Environment
This is a full-time position with a typical Monday-Friday schedule, with the day starting at 6am. The successful candidate will be required to work 50 hours a week in all weather conditions and be willing to travel overnight on selected routes.
