About the Role

This position involves providing administrative support to various teams within University Orthopedics. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties:

  1. Assist in scheduling patient appointments, tests, and procedures
  2. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  3. Update patient records, handle paperwork, and maintain accurate filing systems
  4. Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals as needed

Essential Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior medical experience an asset
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities

Compensation:$50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
