Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage data and insights to inform fundraising strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Development to align data tracking and reporting with long-term Development objectives.
  • Design and implement effective reporting and analysis processes to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce systems to maximize fundraising operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a focus on data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce NPSP database.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising staff and directing day-to-day activities.
  • Ability to accurately synthesize and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on driving growth and improvement.

  • A competitive salary range of $140,000 to $165,000.
