Job Summary

Children's Therapy Place is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in Boise. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Create and process payroll reports, ensure accurate payment processing, and maintain payroll records.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Collect, calculate, and enter accurate financial data, update records as necessary, and reconcile daily credit card transaction reports.
  • Client Collections: Manage client collections by making phone calls, sending emails, and using the company's EMR system to update client information and handle invoicing and follow-ups.
  • Financial Reporting: Utilize Electronic Medical Record systems to process insurance remittances, billing, payroll, and receivables, and maintain accurate historical billing records.
  • Administrative Support: Provide excellent customer service, answer financial-related questions, and maintain confidentiality of all employee and financial information.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
  • Experience: Some experience in finance or healthcare administration preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Project a positive and professional image at all times, and must pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
