Resumen del TrabajoEstamos buscando un Asistente Médico Certificado para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este puesto puede ser a tiempo parcial también.
Como Asistente Médico, serás responsable de preparar cada visita del paciente, organizando los expedientes, verificando la elegibilidad del seguro del paciente y recopilando notas antes de su llegada. Proporcionarás apoyo rutinario junto a profesionales y personal médico, además de ayudar a mantener un seguimiento de las pruebas y los informes de laboratorio para asegurar que todo llegue a tiempo y que el paciente esté informado sobre su condición y atención. También colaborarás en la gestión del inventario de suministros médicos, configurando máquinas y equipos de prueba, y limpiando instrumentos y salas según sea necesario. El candidato ideal posee sólidas habilidades de atención al cliente, interés en aprender más sobre un entorno médico en funcionamiento y experiencia previa en oficina utilizando registros médicos electrónicos. Otras funciones de asistente médico según se requiera.

Responsabilidades
  • Preparar la visita del paciente, incluyendo la recopilación de expedientes, verificación de la elegibilidad del seguro del paciente y notas, así como la configuración del equipo médico.
  • Limpieza de instrumentos y equipos después de su uso.
  • Atender llamadas y responder preguntas sobre cuestiones médicas, identificando las necesidades de la visita.
  • Asistir a enfermeras y médicos con cuidados y procedimientos médicos básicos.
  • Realizar seguimiento de resultados de laboratorio, gestionar recetas y manejar tareas básicas de oficina médica.
Calificaciones
  • Certificación BLS o Asistente Médico Certificado deseado.
  • Un año o más de experiencia preferiblemente en Atención Urgente o Atención Primaria como MA.
  • Experiencia en Registros Médicos Electrónicos.
  • Verificación de todo tipo de elegibilidad de seguros médicos antes de las visitas de los pacientes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente.
  • Gran atención al detalle.
