About the Role:
The Clinical Support Specialist provides administrative support to the clinic staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the dialysis clinic. This role involves greeting and assisting patients with their appointments, maintaining accurate patient charts, and adhering to Medicare and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to the clinic staff
- Ensure patient charts are accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $23-$26 per hour
- Full-time schedule: five 8-hour shifts starting at 8:00am
