Available Shifts:
  • 10 am - 8 pm: Sunday, Monday, and potentially Tuesday.
  • 4 pm - 12 am: Flexible days Sunday-Saturday (one weekend day required).
  • 8 pm - 6 am: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (with a shift differential of $5/hr from midnight to 6 am).
Your Profile:
We seek a motivated and dynamic individual with both medical experience and a strong commitment to client service. In this role, you will be integral to our operations, managing a busy front desk that demands exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Preference will be given to applicants with over three years of customer service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing multiple phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Welcoming and checking in/out clients and patients with empathy and precision.
  • Processing payments and overseeing client accounts.
  • Maintaining an organized and welcoming lobby for clients and their pets.
  • Ensuring clear and compassionate communication with clients and team members.
  • Guaranteeing the reception area operates smoothly at all times, even during peak periods.
Your capacity to remain calm under pressure, handle competing priorities, and deliver outstanding service during high-stress situations is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently managing numerous phone lines.
  • Welcoming clients and patients with care and accuracy.
  • Processing payments and managing client accounts.
  • Overseeing a busy lobby and ensuring an organized flow.
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Ensuring the reception area functions smoothly at all times.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour.
  • Night Shift Differential: Additional $5/hr from midnight to 6 am.
