We are in search of a focused and dynamic individual who possesses both medical experience and a strong passion for client service. In this role, you will be integral to our operations, managing a busy front desk that demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Candidates with over 3 years of customer service experience are highly preferred. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
- Welcoming and checking in/out clients and patients with empathy and precision.
- Processing payments and overseeing client accounts.
- Coordinating a busy lobby of waiting clients and their pets, ensuring a smooth and organized flow.
- Maintaining clear and compassionate communication with clients and team members.
- Ensuring the reception area operates seamlessly at all times, even during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently managing numerous phone lines.
- Welcoming and checking in/out clients and patients with empathy and accuracy.
- Processing payments and managing client accounts.
- Overseeing a busy lobby of clients and their pets, ensuring an organized flow.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and team members.
- Ensuring the reception area operates smoothly at all times.
- Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour.
- Night Shift Differential: Additional $5/hr from midnight to 6 am.
