Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Sales Director to join our team at Securian Financial Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our advanced sales strategy, leading a team of senior sales consultants, and driving business growth through innovative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Advanced Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive advanced sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead Senior Sales Consultants: Manage and develop a team of experienced sales consultants who can provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth through advanced sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of our advanced sales strategy.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our sales approach is always aligned with the latest developments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, marketing).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Certifications: FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
