Job Title: Advanced Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Sales Director to join our team at Securian Financial Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our advanced sales strategy, leading a team of senior consultants, and driving business growth through innovative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of senior consultants to provide expert advice and guidance to financial professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales training and enablement programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and approaches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial professionals, clients, and industry partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Must hold either a J.D. or CPA designation
  • FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on advanced sales and consulting
  • Deep knowledge of advanced sales concepts and planning strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
