Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Chili's Grill & Bar. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Prepare food to order, following all Chili's Grill & Bar specifications and company safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Communicate with the QA, manager, and servers to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with frequent reaching, bending, and lifting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes in menu and service demands.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds, with frequent use of knives and utensils.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
